IAP Experts Called in Support of Hurricane

IAP Worldwide Services is one of the companies activated to support the United States government in the battle against the Mathew Hurricane. The company was activated to provide emergency power and offer the necessary assistance to support the Regions IV and V of FEMA. IAP Worldwide Services has deployed numerous teams along the Fort Bragg, Orlando, North Carolina, Florida, and the East Coast in the Initial Support Bases. Various states are preparing for the impending hurricane.

IAP Worldwide Services’ emergency response team was activated to support Katia, Sandy, Katrina and other devastating events that include commodities, communication systems, emergency power, and the deployment of expert personnel to conduct the missions. During the 2011 Mathew Hurricane season, IAP Worldwide Services deployed over 120 power professionals to offer their emergency activation to the areas including New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York.

The contract, which was awarded to IAP Worldwide Services in 2013 by the United States Army Engineers of Corps (USACE), allowed the company to provide support and emergency power to public works requirements, and other engineering services during the national significance occurrences like the Mather Hurricane.
